Mobile Disability Gym Trailer Coming to the Gold Coast
There’s a gym coming — but not like you’ve seen before.
We’re putting the final touches on our mobile disability gym trailer, built specifically to support people with disabilities across the Gold Coast. Whether it’s group fitness, one-on-one training, or just a chance to get moving and connect with others, this trailer was designed with you in mind.

Why bring the gym to you?
We get it — gym memberships aren’t for everyone. Some participants need support workers, others face sensory overload or accessibility barriers. That’s why we’ve flipped the model:
Instead of making you come to the gym, we’re bringing the gym to you.
We’ll be hitting the road with a fully equipped disability-friendly gym trailer — complete with:
Squat racks, cable machines, battle ropes, and more
Up to 12 functional training stations
Equipment selected and adapted with disability access and goals in mind
Safe, adjustable setups suitable for all fitness levels and abilities
Whether it’s SIL houses, NDIS-funded groups, schools, or community centres — we can set up at your location, run the session, and pack down. No travel. No barriers. Just movement, confidence, and connection.

Who is this for?
Our sessions are built for people with disabilities, both intellectual and physical. We're working with support coordinators, providers, carers and families who want to add a meaningful, fitness-based option to their supports — without needing gym access or fancy sign-ups.
We’re also exploring a mixed group idea: an EM(pathy)POWER session where young people with and without disabilities train side-by-side. Because sometimes learning empathy comes best through shared experience — not textbooks.
If you’re a school, SIL, provider, or just someone curious, let’s chat.
What types of sessions will run?
🧩 Group sessions: up to 12 stations for inclusive training with bonus social
🏋️♂️ 1:1 bookings: perfect for participants working toward personal goals
📚 AHA goal-based support: working with allied health “homework” between sessions
🏫 School-based sessions: we’re open to exploring lunchtime, after-school, or alternative sport programs for any schools interested in a movement-based inclusion option.
If you’re a support coordinator, group provider or educator, this might be the missing piece to get your participants moving without the overwhelm or access issues that traditional gyms can cause.
When’s it launching?
Construction is nearly done. We’re aiming for mid-July, ready to roll by the start of next school term. (Give or take a week or two — you know how builds go.)
Want first access?
If you’d like to be one of the first to see the trailer in action, join a group, or book in a private session — now’s the time to jump on the early access waitlist.
We’ll send updates, priority info, and give you the first chance to lock in a session spot when bookings open.
Final thoughts
This trailer isn’t just about training — it’s about bringing people together, supporting real goals, and making fitness truly accessible.
The truth is, a lot of people with disabilities want to move more — they just haven’t found the right way yet. Maybe this changes that.
If you’re a parent, coordinator, provider or participant who’s ready for something new, this could be it.
Let’s make movement possible — and fun.
